The legal basis for this processing is that the processing is necessary to serve a legitimate interest of Stort-slurf.uk (analysis & reporting) within the meaning of the GDPR. We expressly ensure that final reports do not contain any data traceable to you.
Our website is not aimed at persons under the age of 16, nor do we intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify how old a visitor is. How long we keep data
STORTSLURF B.V. will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. We will keep your data longer if we are obliged to do so on the basis of legal obligations. STORTSLURF B.V. will delete most of your data 6 months after placing your order or contacting you. We use this period for administrative purposes. We can not remove your data from backups. At the moment we restore a backup, we will delete the data at that moment.

STORTSLURF B.V. only provides personal data to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to fulfill a legal obligation.
