All our shipping policies are listed on this page. We believe in keeping our customers fully informed — clearly and transparently.

Delivery Time
If you place your order before 9 PM on a business day, it will be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes place within 2 business days. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. All shipments include a tracking number and are sent via parcel service.

Please note: we work with trusted carriers such as DPD and DHL. While delays are rare, minor delivery disruptions can occasionally occur due to external circumstances.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are £5.99 including VAT. This flat rate applies across the entire United Kingdom — with no exceptions. No additional charges such as import duties or customs fees apply.

Our primary shipping partner is DPD UK. Upon request, we can also ship via DHL.
